Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line the pan with parchment paper

Mix together the all the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl, and all the wet ingredients except for the dark chocolate in another

Break the dark chocolate into a heat-safe bowl, and melt the chocolate by bain-marie (preferably) or microwave

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stir until mostly combined, and add the melted chocolate and chocolate chips. Mix again with a spatula, so that the melted chocolate is evenly incorporated in the batter

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting
