A meatless Monday healthy and fulfilling salad that I make for my family. The healthy fats fill my kids with the nutrition they need to grow. It is easy to pull together for a quick weekday meal. This can also serve as a side salad for grilled food, pizza, lasagna etc.. —lana46

- Dressing

Directions
- Salad

Chop and combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together.
