Test Kitchen Notes
The quintessential kid sandwich gets a veggie glow-up in this recipe, featuring wilted spinach, plenty of gooey cheese, and two slices of pillowy Sara Lee® White Made with Veggies Bread to add a touch more veggie goodness. And if you’re used to prepping your bread with butter, think again—this sammie calls for a slathering of mayo to make the bread extra golden and crispy for a finish that's parent- *and* kid-approved.
