Smithey Cast Iron Chef Skillet, 10"
Beauty meets brawn.
Don’t let this skillet’s beauty fool you—this workhorse is a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen. From breakfast to entrees to desserts, it can handle (just about) anything. The satin-smooth polished interior offers a naturally nonstick surface when seasoned, while the curved walls encourage easy stirring and serving. Plus, the 10-inch size offers ample room for frying a bigger omelet or sautéing an extra serving of Crispy Skillet Chicken. (Hello, delicious leftovers.)

Care & Notes
We recommend a light wash with warm water to clean your Smithey. If food remnants are stubborn, a soft scrape with a metal spatula or a touch of dish soap and a nylon scouring pad will work. Avoid heavy-pressure scrubbing. It is important to thoroughly dry your Smithey after each use. Then apply a light layer of oil (grapeseed, vegetable, flax, or similar). We like to place over a burner for a few minutes to ensure it is dry. Don't put your Smithey in the dishwasher or soak in water.
