A new classic.

Well, here’s a pan we can’t wait to hang on display as soon as it’s done frying up a storm. This workhorse is inspired by the American skillets of the 18th and 19th centuries...and we can tell just by looking at the handle. Each one is hand-forged from carbon steel by a Charleston-based blacksmith, all for a performance that rivals cast iron at a lighter weight. With that extra-roomy size and ultra-sleek finish (it even comes pre-seasoned), this one’s ready for just about anything that comes its way.
