Brass it up

Just when we had fallen in love with GreenPan’s nonstick fry pans, they got an all-new getup in the Reserve set: four gorgeous colors with brass handles to complete the look. They’re just as trusty as the originals, with a Thermolon ceramic nonstick coating that can zip through the oven, too.

  • Set includes 10-inch and 12-inch fry pans
  • Compatible with gas and electric stovetops
  • Oven safe up to 600°F
  • Dishwasher safe (handwashing recommended)
  • Hard anodized aluminum is durable, heat responsive, and scratch resistant
  • Thermolon ceramic nonstick coating is PFAS and PFOA free
  • Wear- and corrosion-resistant handles
  • Made in: China.
  • Shipping & Returns: Free Standard Shipping on Orders $199+ ($14.99 on Orders Below $199) and Easy-Breezy Returns.

10” & 12" Set includes:
10" Open Fry Pan: 10.63"D x 18.82"L (with handle) x 3"H
12" Open Fry Pan: 12.2"D x 20.2"L (with handle) x 3.54"H

Materials:

Stainless steel handle with brass PVD finish, hard anodized reinforced body (for extra strength!) and Thermolon ceramic coating (no PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, or cadmium used).

Care:

Not suitable for induction stovetops, and oven safe up to 600°F. Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing.

For long-lasting performance, cook on low to medium heat settings with a few drops of high smoke point oil (no extra-virgin) or butter. Nylon or wooden utensils are recommended, although metal utensils are safe to use.
