Even when I pre fill the thermos container with boiling water, the coffee in the Espro press does not stay hot, I was disappointed.

The coffee is great, but even when filling the pot with hot water before brewing, it doesn't keep the coffee piping hot, even for a little bit. Bought this for my husband as a birthday gift… it doesn’t keep the coffee hot. Disappointed. I will return it.
