I know it is taken already but I am trying Bangladeshi Style Creamy Chicken Korma w/ Cardamom, Crispy Shallots, Almonds & Golden Raisins too! I'm still looking for uses for my crispy shallots. I'll leave some comments too.

Mine will be made Sunday. I was thinking of using some boneless skinless breasts and thighs because my family are such a bunch of wimps about eating chicken on the bone. This sauce looked so flavorful I thought that the recipe could handle the absence of bones. But no doubt yours will be better with them.
