Thank you! It is so nice to see my recipe amid many of the lovely ones I pored over during the last week. All of the finalists cakes and oysters look so amazing as well; I am going to try each one before vote (so what if I can no longer zip my skirt to the top)

Local bay scallops are now available here in Beaufort, NC. They are so delicious, little bites of deliciousness--but the local oysters are my favorite! Thank you for the Editors' Pick! And congratulations to all the picks!
