Strawberry Pop Tarts Revisited Speck, Frisée, Onion, Radish Butter Sandwich

I must have a learning disability with the trouble I have trying to figure out what is left ;) If the market strawberry recipe is still available, I have chocolate mint in the garden and will test it.
