This recipe is from our forthcoming book "Cooking with the Movies: Meals on Reels," for the dinner from the film "Mostly Martha." —Anthony Chiffolo

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 6 large angler fillets
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely pressed
  • 12-16 artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar spicy olives
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash the fillets and pat them dry. Arrange in a large baking dish or pan. In a small food processor, grind the pine nuts to a fine dust. Mix with the butter and garlic, and brush over the fish. Place the artichoke hearts and spicy olives around the edges of the pan, and bake for 30 minutes, until the angler is slightly browned.
  3. Serve immediately, topped with bits of artichoke and olives.
