I can't wait to make this! Sounds perfect for a crisp all night, thanks for the video, it always help to see someone make a new recipe before you try to make it on your own!

So fun to watch this!

I did not intend to do a dry brine, I just forgot to write water into that step of the recipe (which I never would have noticed without the video). Glad it still works, even with my mistake!
