We talk to New York Times writer and prolific cookbook author Melissa Clark about co-authoring. We find out what it’s like to get inside someone else’s voice, why the process is a little like dating, and all about the infamous Tuna Casserole Bread from the first cookbook she ever wrote.

I love this podcast! So happy to see Melissa Clark featured - her Cook This Now was one of the first cookbooks I ever bought!

I started to fill out the survey but stopped when I got to question about the value of my portfolio. That is so inappropriate, wholly apart from the fact that what intelligent person would ever disclose such information over the internet in a survey? I have no interest in supporting Panoply in any way henceforth. ;o)
