Today: Gourds, apples, and carrots, oh my! Here are eight great recipes to use up some of your fall produce.

Just have to voice a complaint, wondering if anyone has made the Salt and Wind food blog's Pumpkin Muffins? I think the recipe is wrong!!! Way too much coconut oil, and liquid to dry ingredients ratio is way off!! Way too much sugar, probably know need for the maple syrup( of course sounds nice) cut Brown sugar in half and use only 1/2C of coconut oil maybe even increase the flour a bit, I don't know!! I made these twice trying to fix the recipe, I am a NYC NGI grad. And have made a ton of muffins in my 62 years, recipe is not right!!!

All of those sound so delicious! I love the idea of a pumpkin risotto, and the flavours in the soup would be amazing. I can't wait to try!
