The Story Behind Our Photographer's Favorite Shot of the Week (Hint: There's Pie)

Today in behind-the-scenes: Here's our photographer's favorite shot of the week.

The photographer in the house this week was Alpha Smoot! You may have seen her work around the site before (maybe here, here, or here). She was the behind the camera as we worked on some secret projects, some Thanksgiving fun, and pie week.

Her favorite photo was this big, beautiful spread of pies by our baking whiz, Erin McDowell.

"It was fun because all the pies had a new twist to them," Alpha says. "None was an ordinary pie!"
