This is the Saugerties Lighthouse. There are rooms (2) to rent, picnic tables (3) to eat on, and views (so many), no matter how cold the weather. —Kenzi
Sunday breakfast made better with Piglet contender Hot Bread Kitchen's kale, cheddar, and onion stuffed m'smen, broiled till crispy (full disclosure: I didn't bake this, but bought it from them at the farmers market). —Kristen
Channeling sunshine with gingerroot's homemade lilikoi (passion fruit) curd.

My plantasies came true this weekend at Saipua's plant sale in Red Hook. This beautiful being was not for sale, but we did score a monumentally potted rubber plant and another tiny thing whose nickname is "copper spoons." —Sam
I am cat-sitting my sister's adorable cat (!!!!). —Meghan
Don't hate me but I spent the past week learning to surf in Costa Rica. —Hannah
