In celebration of their new organic Tea House Collection, we partnered with Pure Leaf Iced Tea to share some of our favorite fruity, herby, and non-boozy summery drinks.

We already imagined a future where mocktails are given the respect they deserve. So let's make that future this summer, because the lemonades, spritzers, tonics, sodas, and teas? They matter too, and are equally—actually, more—refreshing and creative. (And as a bonus, can be enjoyed by all.) Here are 16 non-alcoholic summery drinks to make right now, for one or a crowd:

The Lemonades:

For another refreshing twist, use sage in place of the thyme in the recipe below and add a few fresh blackberries to each glass.

Sodas, spritzers, and other things that start with "s":

For a honeysuckle variation, try using a little lemon juice and honey for a new kind of sparkling drink.

Teas and tonics:

For a ginger-apple iced tea, use apple tea, sliced apple and lemon, and ginger juice.
