The best jam I've ever tasted is made with plums, sugar, a little lemon juice, and just a pinch of cinnamon and a drop of almond extract. The whole is so much greater than the sum of its parts!

This sounds perfect. I've been meaning to make a batch of jam this summer and this might be the one!
