Don't forget the comment of rosemary syrup in coffee being ethereal. I had to make some and try it... and he's not wrong!

I loved Alton's "Feasting on Asphalt" series, for all the road food options. I think the most interesting of that was the episode where he had a fried brain sandwich.

Alton Brown is one of my favorites! So glad he'll be talking to college kids about cooking, too! I'm often tempted to put on my apron and visit the market where most of our college students shop and offer advice that would dissuade them from the pizza, pre-cooked or fast food aisles. And yay for AB calling out pumpkin spice everything, although I'm still a big fan of pumpkin. As for tongs, my WASband used to rubber band the tips together because he didn't like the surprise of them springing open... Notice, the WAS.

I think this is the only time/scenario I'd actually complain about having a transcript of sorts. Definitely worth the watch, even if it annihilates your afternoon productivity.
