How to Make a Roll-Out Crust

March 18, 2011

To make a tart, you just plain need a crust -- we know, we know. So, A&M decided to show us, in the video below, a few specific techniques to make the process less stressful. It doesn't have to be hard! Treat the dough like the face of a clock; lay it like a baby in a cradle ... you get the gist. Watch as A&M walk you through this stress-free method to the perfect roll-out crust.

This week's videos were once again shot and edited by filmmaker Elena Parker. For more on tarts, check out this week's contest for Your Best Late Winter Tart
