Shadi - Can't wait to enjoy the Persian Brunch recipes. I am going to make the Chicken with Saffron under the skin and a wonderful rice with Barberries...where do you get the berries? I live in Palm Springs CA and our only possible store has closed. Is there a possible substitute?

Dear Shadi, I love the idea of a Persian "brunch", just love Persian food, the freshness, variety and the spices!!! I just want to know: who is "Baba" and is maman "Mother" as in French?

How does one eat the side of persian cheese, butter and walnuts? The entire meal sounds truly amazing!

You can spread the cheese on bread, or as I always love and do, spread butter on the bread first, then cheese and finally top with some walnuts. It's good!

Dear Shadi. I grow up in Iran and I feel your point of family gathering meals. Throuly I miss those days. I like Nargasi as well and occasionally I try to make it for my husband and my kids. Thanks for sharing such an amazing experience and yummy brunch with us.
