It's no secret that around these parts, we adore Dorie Greenspan, the award-winning author of 13 cookbooks including her most recent, Everyday Dorie. We've been over to her apartment for dinner. We've begged her to show us how she ties her signature neck scarf.
And now, she's graciously provided her Thanksgiving menu so that we can replicate it. According to our Automagic Menu Maker, she'll be serving some traditional Thanksgiving fare (think, corn pudding, gravy, cran sauce) mixed with a handful of updates on the classics: turkey en papillote, mashed sweet potatoes with chipotles. Oh, and there's chocolate, of course!
We've included some highlights from Greenspan's menu below—or, you can check out the full details here. And if you're feeling inspired, you can design your own.
What does the Menu Maker think you should whip up for Thanksgiving this year? Let us know in the comments.
