This is a brain dead article with a sad looking brisket sliced waaay too thick. These recommendations show a lack of understanding of both brisket preparation and Passover. Anyway the idea of "what to do with leftover brisket" is answered here in the most facepalm ways I've ever heard.
I think the brisket pictured looks delicious, as do the recipes and ideas that I carefully chose for this story!

I'm sorry but this article is a miss. Article about Brisket in April implies Passover. And that is cut too thick.

When writing about brisket in April one assumes you are talking about Passover brisket. You can’t make a sandwich on a big fluffy bun, nacho’s that use cheese or quesadillas or pizza because we do not use leavened products. Please, a little bit of cultural sensitivity….

I eat brisket in April but am not Jewish. Could I not benefit from this information?
Thanks for mentioning this! I made it a point to mention in the introduction that these recipes and ideas are not all kosher and that each home cook should prepare what works for them and their diet.

Indeed you did, but it would have been nice if at least one of the recipes was something that people who keep kosher for Passover could enjoy. Also though many people do not keep kosher, at Passover it is different and even people who dont keep kosher all year round avoid eating leavened products and many other grain based things including tortillas during this week.

Brisket nachos are not a thing due to the dietary laws of kashruth. Meat and cheese are not consumed at the same time
I understand that, but someone who does not keep kosher can enjoy the nachos :)

Regular kosher and kosher for Passover are two different things. Do some research.
