Half of the récipes I already used for to grill. And the other half is amazing and I start to try as soon as possible.

My two favorite "summer-worthy" dinners for this summer include smoked wild salmon & sushi-grade tuna seared on the grill with a citrus and chili marinade. Yum!

I love grilling sliced fresh figs! They are great on a salad stuffed with a bit of gorgonzola and drizzled with truffle oil. Also, these are great on the side of a grilled rib eye with a red wine/marrow sauce.

i love grilling peaches. they get so tender and juicy, perfect for the ones that aren't as good plain (or when i get tired- as if! - of raw peaches eaten over the sink). they're extra tasty drizzled with a marsala pan sauce.
