Put a Filter on It: Summer Corn

August  2, 2013

It's no secret -- we love a good 'gram. Here, we'll be posting our favorite Instagram from the food world, on a different theme each week. This week we're up to our ears in fresh corn.

This vibrantly green corn, its silk splayed every which way, is the stuff summer dreams are made of. Because beneath those green skins lies yellow and white kernels so sweet we could eat them raw, straight off the cob. Or grilled with basil-butter. Or with noodles. Or charred in the oven. Or any way we can. So thank you, Beth Kirby from Local Milk: your instagram confirms just how wondrous summer corn truly is.

Shuck your corn and prepare it any way your heart desires. But before you dig in, snap a picture.

We want your 'grams! Follow us, then Instagram your most photogenic corn with the hashtag #F52grams. We'll re-gram our favorites.
