Today: This glowing punch proves that zingy, refreshing cocktails never go out of season.

Just because summer's winding down and the trees are loosening their leaves -- say it ain't so, say it ain't so! -- doesn't mean all the fun is over. There are still plenty of warm weather days left for afternoon cookouts and lazy brunches. And then there are football tailgates, apple-picking parties, and, now we're really thinking ahead, Thanksgiving.

So don't write off punches, mimosas, and other summery drinks just yet. Lorinarlock's photograph of Sunset Punch, beautifully backlit with sunshine, proves that zingy, refreshing cocktails never go out of season. After all, a punch that glows like this one is enough to keep us warm even when the fall chill sets in.
