I like to seed pomegranates.. Maybe I'm weird lol. I love them in salads and also just eating them out of a bowl with a spoon!
Also try them as an ice cream topping--so so good, and much healthier than sprinkles ;)

A friend at New Years was drinking a Manhattan with pomegranate seeds instead of cherry and frankly it was genius. Delish.
