SKK, how kind of you to jump in. Your answer is perfect. Always plan to make a cheesecake 24 hours before you plan to serve it. That allows it to bake properly, and also to cool adequately before depanning and serving.
Hi mbdassoc - this recipe is one of our favorites. Going to think in writing here - baking time is 50 - 55 minutes. Prep time takes me about an hour - probably a lot of people can do it more quickly. And then it cools overnight.
