What's the best way to cook frozen Potato Pancakes?

They are made with uncooked grated potato, onion, etc. Thinking I would sauté and then transfer to the oven to cook through. Better ideas?

I'm wondering if an electric griddle would work? You could keep an eye on them and flip when necessary and use it as a warming tray when done.
