Is there a way to replace the gelatin (possibly with agar) - as gelatin is not vegetarian?

I've always used agar in my pannacottas, its works great. (even stands up better to higher temps compared to gelatin)

Its a bit more rugged than gelatin in that you may need to heat the agar to dissolve it as opposed to gelatin sheets which bloom in liquid
