I was hoping to make http://www.food52.com/recipes... for a potluck tonight, but I'm not sure I have the time to chill and blind bake the tart shell. I know the tart shell in http://www.food52.com/recipes... took basically no time at all to make, but I wasn't sure if it would be a problem to use. Any ideas?
