How do I repair "broken" béarnaise? Is it with ice cubes?

I've never heard of the ice cubes method. The method I know is to start a new batch with egg yolks and when they get to the ribbon stage, start slowly whisking the broken bearnaise into the yolks. This same method works for a broken mayo. Hope this helps. Btw, we'll soon have push notifications for the app!
