Antipasti skewers is super easy and fast. Just get some classy toothpicks and hit up the olive bar at Whole Foods. Buffalo mozzarella balls, olives, picked veggies, etc.
Winner Winner Cream Cheese appetizer.
Easy and Very Good
Ingred: 1 block Philidelphia Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup slivered almonds (toasted), 1 piece dental floss (non mint flavored or fishing line), pesto sauce, 1/4 C black olives, 1/4 C sun dried tomatoes, 1/4 C artichoke hearts.
Lay cream cheese down horizontally and slice through with dental floss, making three equal layers. Srpead pesto over first layer and top with next slice of cream cheese. Food process olives, tomatoes and artichoke hearts and place on top of second layer. Top with remaining slice of cream cheese and adhere toasted almonds to top and sides. Surround with crackers for an elegant cream cheese, cracker combo. (Don't forget the cheese knife to spread). Enjoy the accolades for being an appetizer genius.
