Souffle help....difference between mini and large

The recipe I am using says to use six 6-oz. ramekins but can I just use one large one?

it is from the new bon appetit magazine for Jan. 2012
it is not on the website yet but close to another one that is for one large dish

It should be fine, but you probably need to adjust the baking time. What's the recipe?
