recipe calls for me to cook meatballs in a skillet. How long do I bake them instead?

I always bake meatballs because the mess of frying is just more than I really want to clean up. Bake them at 350 degrees until one of them in the center of the baking sheet reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. If you don't have an instant-read thermometer (a cheap investment, by the way), be sure your meatballs are nicely browned and not pink in the center. Ground meat, and all that, you know.
