bananas-still good?

peeled and mashed bananas on sunday. got interrupted, covered bowl with plastic and stored in refrigerator. have time now to make banana bread. the bananas smell like bananas but not winey or sour. would you use them now or start over with new bananas?

I'd taste them to make sure that they didn't have a yeasty or vinegary taste. If not, good to go. Next time, if you have over ripe bananas just stick them in the freezer. They'll last months.

I'm guessing they're fine. Taste a tiny portion to be sure.
