How long can I keep roasted squash that has been refrigerated after cooling ? I want to use it to make my famous butternut squash soup.0

As long as you're going to use it within 5-7 days, you're fine. If you need to hold it longer than that, scrape the flesh out of the squash and freeze it in ziplock bags. Happy soup!
