What are the temps for. meat? Rare, medium, done for beef, chicken, pork, veal, and lamb?

Beef and lamb are about the same. Food Network offers a chart which includes USDA recommendations here:

Not sure about 145 for medium rare pork. I know 120 for pork loin is no pink in the middle
