I have a question about the ingredient "Amaretto Syrup" on the recipe "Amaretto French Toast with Blood Orange/Cardamom Syrup" from Mandy Cox.
Hello Le Bec Fin! When I make this recipe I use Amaretto Syrup made for flavoring Lattes. Any brand will do but "Monin" and "Torani "are brands that I quite like. You can most likely find these in specialty food stores, the coffee aisle of your grocery store or some coffee shops carry syrup lines. Otherwise A simple syrup with a little extra brown sugar and Amaretto flavoring would suffice. : )
