I have a question about the recipe "Chicken in Sage Walnut Sauce" from hardlikearmour. ...Do you recommend it be served over rice? grains? noodles? potatoes? chickpeas? I love the dish and am curious about possible variations.

Because the dish has Turkish origins, the most authentic pairings would be rice (try a simple pilaf with cardamom pods) or flatbread. But the chicken's sauce would be just as excellent over pasta or egg noodles!
