I wanted prepare Pork chops for a dinner party tonight, and was looking for a creative way to prepare them. Any suggestions?

I made these last week and they were a big hit: http://www.ian-pix.com/ginnys-kitchen/2012/1/27/what-we-ate-this-week.html

I usually do mine like this in the fall/winter"

Otherwise, they would be nice grilled with some asian barbeque sauce and served with a slaw with: cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, onion, mint, soy or fish sauce, garlic, chile paste, and lime.
The ras el hanout idea sounds mouthwatering as well!

I don't know how creative this is but I usually coat them with ras el hanout and pan sear them and serve with some quinoa or couscous with dried fruit and olives.
