How to cook pork steak bone in

Hello hotline!

I’m a novice cook who was delivered a single pork steak, bone-in as a substitution for the pork roast (I WAS planning to make chili verde)I put my shopping cart, as I allowed for substitutions. I’m cooking for two and I’m not sure what to do with it. My main source for recipes is Pinterest and the result of my search are recipes where you prepare as a “steak” or “pork chop”. Since I only have one steak and it’s very fatty, preparing it as a steak or a chop isn’t a good option. My intuition tells I could use it to flavor a batch of dry beans or some kind of soup. How would y’all use it?
