Riesling. I love the stuff. Crisp, clean, and goes good with the acidic tomato broth. Beer, you say? I like Stella Artois with seafood. Its light enough to play nice with delicate seafood flavors. Italian Peroni would not be a bad thing either.

Thank you for the suggestions! I've never tried Peroni. I'm going to see if I can find some!
