Should I peel Japanese eggplant before roasting? It's going to go in a roasted veg tart.

If its going in a tart u can just cut and leave the skin on or roast whole and then cut

Leave the skin on. Makes for a better presentation and the flavor is negligible. I would recommend slicing them before roasting to get the most caramelization.
