I LOVE my Kuchenprofi (http://www.amazon.com/Kuchenprofi...). Have had it for years, and it's strong and solid as ever!
I used this one awhile ago (http://www.amazon.com/MIU...), but recently I bought a wood one from Etsy that I really dig. Its wood so am I less afraid of it dulling my knives.
I have a couple from Ikea that I've had for a long time. They are very strong--attach to the wall using drywall plugs so you don't pull it right off with the knife!
Be careful if you use a heavy knife like Wusthof. They are precarious on magnetic racks.
Why Stainless, it will damage your knifes! The best way to go is with a wood one that will be gentle with your expensive knifes yet strong to hold them. I bought one from http://www.mocwoodworks... they are great!
