I'm making an apple pear crisp for Sunday. If making one day ahead can I...

... Put all of it together then place in fridge or should I go ahead and bake it then warm it up when I need it?

I have done it both ways with success but it is best warm from the oven - so usually bake while eating dinner so it comes from oven to table.

I would bake and reheat. Apples and pears can oxidize and turn brown.
