A question about a recipe: Shrimp Gumbo

I have a question about the ingredient "grapeseed oil" on the recipe "Shrimp Gumbo" from drbabs. Can I substitute another type of oil? I only have olive oil and vegetable oil in my apt.

Either would work -- though I'd favor vegetable oil in this case.
