Anyone have a good cinnamon frosting or ginger cream frosting recipe. My frostings always come out weird. Thanks

If you can refrigerate the cake, Merril's buttercream icing is good, but it calls for eggs...you can add cinnamon extract for flavor instead of the vanilla.
For a ginger cream frosting on my cupcakes, I use a stick of butter and a cup of powdered sugar and I put candied ginger on the top.
