I just purchased some black truffle infused honey... what would you suggest pairing it with?

Highly recommend you try it with cheeses. I love it when chevre, or goat milk Gouda. Yum!

It would be great drizzled over a crostini of fresh made ricotta sprinkled with some sea salt and thyme.
