Trying to make a light piccata for grilled swordfish, need I include flour as a thickening agent? HELP!!!

No, for a picaata just soften butter added off heat (after the capers, lemon juice, etc) and whisk to make it a sauce.
It's a bit more tricky than using flour/stock as a stabilizer, as it can break easily and needs to be served immediately.
